Can I purchase balloon décor directly from your website?
Yes! Many of our products can be purchased directly through our website. Simply select your desired décor, customize your options (when available), and complete checkout.
Does purchasing online reserve my event date?
Yes. Once your order is placed and payment is successfully received, your requested date will be reserved, subject to our confirmation if additional event details are needed. For larger custom installations, we'll contact you to finalize the design and logistics.
Can I customize products purchased online?
Absolutely! Many of our products allow you to choose colors and other options during checkout. If you need additional customization beyond what's listed, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I request a custom balloon installation that isn't listed on the website?
Yes! If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, complete our inquiry form or contact us directly. We'd love to create a custom design specifically for your event.
Can I make changes after placing my online order?
Changes may be accommodated if requested before production begins. Once balloons have been ordered, customized, or production has started, additional charges may apply, and some changes may not be possible.
Can I cancel an online order?
Because our balloon décor is custom-made, online purchases are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Payments are non-refundable once your order has been confirmed and materials have been reserved.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation. If additional information is needed regarding your event, a member of our team will contact you.
Can I order online for same-day or next-day service?
Same-day and next-day orders are limited and subject to availability. Please contact us before placing your order if your event is within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your event date. No date is secured until payment is received. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the event. Bookings made within seven (7) days require full payment at booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: All payments are non-refundable. One (1) courtesy reschedule may be approved if requested in writing at least seven (7) days before the event, the new date is within ninety (90) days, and availability permits. Current pricing and additional fees may apply.
Design: Balloon décor is custom-made. Inspiration photos are used as a guide; exact replication is not guaranteed. Variations in color, size, layout, and materials are normal. No design changes are accepted within seventy-two (72) hours of the event.
Delivery & Outdoor Installations: Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, venue approval, and timely access. Outdoor décor is subject to weather conditions. Diamond Balloon Affairs is not responsible for balloon popping, fading, oxidation, deflation, or damage caused by environmental conditions.
Balloon Care & Rentals: Balloon longevity cannot be guaranteed. Responsibility transfers to the client once setup is complete. All rental items remain the property of Diamond Balloon Affairs. Lost, damaged, or unreturned rentals will be billed at replacement cost.
Liability & Disputes: Diamond Balloon Affairs is not liable for injuries or damages occurring after installation due to guests, venue staff, animals, weather, or other conditions beyond its control. Clients agree to contact Diamond Balloon Affairs to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible. If a dispute is filed, Diamond Balloon Affairs reserves the right to submit this agreement, invoices, photos, and communications as evidence. Nothing limits the client's legal right to dispute an unauthorized transaction.
Photography & Acceptance: Completed décor may be photographed for marketing unless a written opt-out is received before the event. By paying this invoice, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Payment serves as electronic acceptance of this agreement.
Return & Refund Policy
At Diamond Balloon Affairs, every order is custom-designed and created specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom balloon décor, personalized items, or event services.

Order Issues
If your order is damaged upon delivery or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at nicole@diamondballoonaffairs.org and include photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or other reasonable resolution.

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Rental Items
Rental equipment, including stands, frames, backdrops, and other rental hardware, must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided. Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items and may be charged the full replacement cost.
